I came up with a food:
Blueberry Pie
Gives you a sugar rush, which increases your walking speed by 5 percent.
Grants 50 mana, along with an extra 25 generated mana
Instantly heal 120 HP.
The picture should be a slice of blueberry pie.

Or a very low chance that it would be dropped by a Fruit Bug, and available at Peachleaf Cafe and Ashaya Bakery

Description:
A slice of pie full of blueberry filling. Looks just-baked.

Adding to the food list there's Prosciutto
Prosciutto is a thinly-sliced piece of ham that's dried.
Think of it as beef jerky, except it's with pork and it's very thin. I have little to no idea why I want this in the game other than I like to eat it a lot. Praise Lord Prosciutto!~ (10 points to Slytherin or something if you get the reference)

Looks nice - but paint doesn't quite fit the style of the items. XD
If you don't have a tablet, drawing spirit bottles helps me much more (and you can draw those traditionally, with pencil and paper).

Anyhow, here'd be that blueberry pie. :3

It's already in - the recipe drops from exile camp cook, Stewie Sizzlepaw, in the Crystal Crypt.

Well, if you have a recipe, and you could just buy it from Jenny or Tanja, then why would anyone need the recipe? ;P

Plus, I'd have to reduce its effects if it's just easily buyable. Right now it requires ingredients and crafting, sure, but it gives +12 Int, and heals for 4k health (and 2.5k mana).

That's what Toby saying not to sell it so people will actual go out and farm for the recipe. Plus with an item that good shouldn't really be sold in shops because the strength it's at it wouldn't make sense. You either going to get it status it gives to decrease or have to hunt for the recipe. It doesn't really make sense to have a new item for lower players because there is already stuff out there for them. This is a game of working hard not having it just handed to you on a silver dish.

Yeah, that's essentially how I meant it: if it's that easy to obtain (just buy it in shops), its stats would have to decrease significantly. And as there is a lot of food for lower levels, adding even more to that level range makes little sense.
