It has the ability to spawn three baby bluebell(level 1) to assist it or called "Level 1 Summon minions".  It also has an attack called "Level 5 Cause of slow " and It slows you down. Once you attack it will do the mad command (/grr) and has a red hue to it with lighting(this also brings the attack damage). It has 650 health points or hp. Its Dodge rate is 58%.
