NPC: Mysterious Stone Cave

The Mysterious Stone Cave is an NPC in West Saliko Forest (2). It can only be interacted with if you have the Stone Key. The Stone Key can be found from defeating Cotton, a pink bluebell that rarely spawns around Saliko Creek.

If your character has the Stone Key in their inventory.

• Mysterious Stone Cave: * You look at what seems to be a large rock in the middle of Saliko's lush forests. Its entrance is blocked by a massive stone door, with a small hole that seems to accept some kind of key. *
• "Push the door."
  • * The door appears to be locked! The sheer weight of stone makes it impossible to break it open, and it won't budge an inch. *
  • [Exit]
• Mumble 'Open Sesame'.
  • * You quietly whisper 'open sesame' to not attract the attention of too many gnats - however to no effect. Darn it! Ali Baba's old tricks won't work. *
  • [Exit]
• Scratch your back against the stone.
  • (healing sfx) * You scratch your back against the stone. It won't open the door, but it does feel nice! *
  • [Exit]
  • * You scratch your back against the stone again. Hopefully you don't have fleas! *
  • [Exit]
• Place the key in the door.
  • * Placing the key in the door sounds a soft click. You turn it around and push the door, which swings open almost effortlessly. *
