Taps into the arcane might of ancient powers, increasing the target's (and nearby friendly targets) magic for each level you have, for up to 15 minutes.

Arcane Might is a support buff skill that increases Magic dependent to your current level, not based on the level of the targets affected by it. It is useful for increasing the overall damage dealt by the rest of your spells. This is the only support buff skill that Mages have that is similar to Priests, learnable in the Arcane skill tree.

The formula for Arcane Might is your current level multiplied by the level of the skill. For example, a level 30 Mage would receive 60 Magic from Arcane Might (skill level 2).

Notes

  • Despite being useful, it should be known that it does not give a significant amount of magic for the first 29 levels. Because of this, Mages should only add points into the skill once they have reached level 30 to unlock Arcane Might at level 2.
  • Most friendly targets can be given the buff including an NPC with a health bar and furniture items when placed in a room in Blackwood Caverns. The only exception to this are targets that are labeled unspecified. Be careful of using Arcane Might near friendly bosses, as triggering dialogue will turn them hostile with your buff applied to them, making them stronger. The same can be said to hostile players in PvP.
