NPC: Myo

Myo, or Flower Spirit, is an NPC in Upper Wilderness, inside the cave to the west. He was to deliver the Petal-Blaster 3000 needed for the Flower Festival in Blackwood Caverns, until it was stolen by the Jungle Campers, a rogue exile group who set up camp in the Blackwood Blast Mine.
