Most changes were internal fixes, together with some clean-up. From what I remember:

Bug Fixes

- Charmed actors no longer sometimes jump back up a platform they just jumped down from.
- Using spells with a knockback component on monsters in Crystalthicket cave no longer makes them fall through the floor. (Reported by Kitson)
- Repeatedly starting "Traces in Energy Forest" and defeating the demon no longer awards additional tokens. (Found by Kamemeo)
- The "Regifted" quest consumes the Plain Glass Sphere as intended. In addition, it now correctly states that the player will receive an Emeraldscale Lizard. (Reported by Caydence)
- Multi-targeted frost bolts were broken and work once again.

General Changes

- The drop rate of Bug Spirit Bottles and the Recipe for Spicy Tacos has been reduced. (Suggested by Caydence and Dazz)
- The ignore tool now changes for players who are notorious for using it for no apparent reason; players ignored by them simply receive the message that they do not wish to be disturbed.
- The terms of service now specifically mention that drama is to be kept out of public channels. If a player causes drama in a way that it becomes a nuisance for a large number of players, based on the nature of the matter, or the coverage of the channel that they are using, they will be sanctioned.
-  Destroying equipment and certain rare items by dropping them on the map now requires the user to type "DESTROY" in the confirmation box.

The "DESTROY" part is a nice touch.

Uh, Toby? When the ToS changes we should see it again upon logging in the first time after it right? Cause I didn't.

The ToS is only displayed again if something actually changed that wasn't covered by the old ToS at all. Spamming #main was actioned before, just under the "don't disrupt the server" clause. It's not new - the ToS simply spells it out explicitly now. You can review it at http://my.icyworlds.net/tos , however. :3
