NPC: Nelvi

Nelvi is an NPC in the bottom-right corner of the Lower Plateau. She is one of the few NPCs that specifically mention about how you (and others) infamously broke the barrier to the Dark Abyss, as witnessed in the game's tutorial area. Her brother, Elly, lives at the mid-point between the Caves of Mirage and the Tunnels of Illusion.
