Elly, the alchemist living in the Caves of Mirage.

Elly is an alchemist researching the Tunnels of Illusion in Deep in the Caves of Mirage, located at the mid-point between Caves of Mirage B2 and Tunnels of Illusion B1. His sister, Nelvi, meditates at the grove in Lower Plateau, which is next to the entrance to the Caves of Mirage.

Part of his quests (Under Pressure and A Gem in the Rough) serve as a prerequisite to unlocking the ability to change classes with class stones.
