NPC: Rosie
Rosie is an NPC in South Ashaya Village, next to the Toy Factory entrance. It can be reached by going east of Ashaya Village, then south of Snowspike Forest.
Rosie also provides services for gift wrapping items for 1 gold each. During the Christmas events, this is discounted. You can choose between red, green, blue and yellow gift paper.
