Skill Usage
An important healing skill at higher levels that restores health slowly over time. This is often used to substitute Revitalise for greater mana efficiency when multiple allies are taking minor damage at once. It can be used more effectively if your allies are all close together for more of them to receive the buff, than to be used on a single ally far away.
The max level of this skill is 1, being relatively cheap to afford in skill points with decent healing.
When used, it applies a 15 second buff on all characters around the target you've used it on, apart from the 12 second buff Revitalise has and restores health every three seconds. It can also be combined with Revitalise on an ally to recover even more health periodically.
Notes
- Charm of the Spirits improves on the existing skill, allowing Healing Winds to affect one more target and restore health instantly by 75% of one periodic heal to the selected ally. Charm of Reinvigorating Winds instead applies an additional effect, increasing the maximum health of all affected allies by one periodic heal for the duration of the skill.

At level 1, the skill restores health at a base heal amount of 675-695.
