NPC: Cosmo

Cosmo is a mysterious sorcerer who lives in the bottom-left area of the Blackwood Canopies, particularly in High Above the Great Abyss. He is a secretive, somewhat-egoistic character that charges a high fee for his wares and services (because not many bother to visit him). Cosmo also offers services in disenchanting equipment.
