Extra Abilities

Any skill that is not a part of your class that is acquired through various means; such as from buffs, debuffs and spirit bottles is placed into a separate page into your skillbook, known as Extra Skills. Different from General skills, these added skills come with a variety of gimmicky uses. There are some skills that do have a bigger role to play to help improve your dps, however acquiring them is exceptionally rare, typically coming out of spirit bottles from bosses.

It is not recommended to pursue these skills, unless you are willing to dedicate a lot of time and gold, when especially you can explore all the combinations you can find from your class's set of skills to do just fine.
