NPC: Cosmo

Cosmo is a mysterious sorcerer who lives in the bottom-left area of the Blackwood Canopies, particularly in High Above the Great Abyss. He is a secretive, somewhat-egoistic character that charges a high fee for his wares and services (because not many bother to visit him). He relies on the gold that adventurers pay him to fund his food supply as well as experiments. Cosmo mentions that he practices alternative magic, and is currently researching stone-to-gold alchemy.
Cosmo also offers services in disenchanting equipment. It costs 1,500 gold to keep a spirit bottle but causes the equipment to be destroyed. It costs 1,700 gold in order to keep both the equipment and the spirit bottle.
