The Combat Log (also Battle Log) is a record of the battles that you have fought, available to all players by logging into the Paw'D website, navigating to their profile (http://www.pawdgame.com/adventurers/<your-character-name>), and clicking on "Your Battles".
This will show you a list of all maps that you have recently been to. You can then click on "View Raw Log" to see what exactly happened, or on one of the graphs to see a graphical summary. The list you see is cleared every time the server is rebooted. If you want to keep a battle log, navigate to its graph and click "Save".
