The Ancient Crystal is an NPC in Emberberry Valley. According to Benjamin in the quest Ancient Warden, the crystal was built by Ashaya's ancestors to protect them from demons and sprites.
When the player first approaches the crystal, it's powers were drained. After completing the quest Nowhere to be Found, the crystal is restored back to it's prior state.

Notes
- In the dungeon Battle For Ashaya, you can tell Jacob to deactivate the crystal's powers in order to set the dungeon to Hard mode, otherwise the dungeon remains in Normal mode. In Normal mode, you cannot face Sakkara and you'll only be facing against Lucy.
