Skill Usage
Thunderbolt can be used with the following skills:
Flash Freeze and Frost Nova: A frozen target will have Water 3 added to their type. Thus, Thunderbolt will receive a 75% damage bonus.
Overcharge: If skill points are allocated into Overcharge, then each Thunderbolt attack will inflict one "Lightning Change" debuff onto the target. The "Lightning Charge" debuffs can then be removed by Lightning Rod to regenerate a % of mana per "Lightning Charge" absorbed.
