Skill Usage
An important buff spell that increases the stamina of an ally. At higher levels, the increase becomes much greater, and can be the difference between having more health or not in order to survive a brazen attack.
Depending on your class, stamina can increase your player's health to a certain extent (Warriors receive the most health, a Mage receives less). Not to mention, stamina can also slightly reduce the duration of stun effects against you. Reducing the odds of flinching lowers the amount of times you get hitstun, allowing you to cast your spells with less delay.
Notes
- It is one of four buff spells (others include Blessing of Speed, Elemental Ward and Inspiration) that priests with a buffing set will require to help out their group. Groups may find it difficult to tackle a dungeon or world boss, which is where buffs come in handy.
