A moderator is a trusted player who has proven themselves to be reliable, considerate, and effective to deal with some of the issues that players may run into. This means that they are familiar and experienced with the game, so if they tell you something is not okay, they are probably right, and you should step back and reflect.

You can tell that someone is a moderator by the "Moderator" tag in their name tag. This tag is in a distinct, blue colour, distinguishing it from other elements in the name tag, such as character or guild name.

If you use "/who theirname" on the name of a game master, the response will begin with "<Moderator> TheirName", in this order (and not "TheirName <Moderator>").

Notes

  • Even though moderators are no game masters, they are able to perform several actions to help them with moderation.
  • The only way to become a moderator is for us to make the first step and invite you. We do not accept requests, and if you request to become a moderator, you will severely dampen your chances to become one.
