Slash an enemy, inflicting damage over 12 seconds. Only one of your slash debuffs can be active per target at a time.

Skill Usage

A beginner DoT skill for Warriors that becomes quite deadly at higher levels. It consumes 28 Fury upon use, and is often used once every 12 seconds or so to ensure that you deal heavy damage every three seconds.

While applying it's effects to the target, a Warrior can use other skills in the meantime to peak their average DPS dealt. In other cases, it can be used in a hit-and-run strategy, where you run from the target after already applying Slash on them, reducing the damage you take while dealing damage with the Slash debuff.

Notes

• Poison, one of the Priest skills is remarkably similar in amount of skill points needed to level the skill, as well as the amount of damage it inflicts over a short period of time. Both require you to get up close to an enemy in order to apply the debuff on the target.
