Summon an earthen spike from the ground that hits your target for earth elemental damage. Excellent against wind and water element monsters.

Skill Usage

Earth Spike is the mage spell of choice against wind element monsters. It is less effective against earth and fire element monsters.

Earth Spike can benefit from various effects:

  • Due to a longer animation time, Earth Spike is capable of flinching monsters multiple times for the longest period of time, briefly delaying their attacking, casting and movement.
  • Using Earth Spike with Spike Trap can slow down a monster's movement tremendously, allowing you to keep your distance away from them without taking much damage.

Notes

Earth Spike can benefit from various effects:

  • Using Rune of Power can increase the damage of your earth spells by 10%.
  • Destroying the Rune of Wisdom by overriding it with another rune gives a 5% damage boost to your earth spells for 8 seconds.
