Nourishes the holy flame on the target, increasing it's damage (up to five times) and refreshing it's duration to full. Use this ability after Holy Fire, whenever it is available.

Skill Usage

Nourish is a spell that increases the damage of Holy Fire and refreshes the duration to full on a target already affected with it. It is relatively cheap to use, and is important for maintaining Holy Fire. Nourish is what makes Holy Fire so powerful against a single target, as long as it never runs out.

Nourish only affects one target with Holy Fire at a time. You may use Nourish to juggle the refreshing effect between two monsters, but it is difficult to maintain. It is impossible to use Nourish to refresh more than two targets, because of the cooldown (Nourish is 8 seconds) and duration (Holy Fire lasts 18 seconds at most). Therefore, it is recommended for a Priest to focus their Nourish on one target at once.

The spell has two effects:

  • Passively increases Holy Fire's base damage to be the same as Nourish's. Nourish at Lv. 5 changes the base damage of Holy Fire from 8-12 to 260-294.
  • When you use the skill on an enemy with Holy Fire, the damage it deals over time is increased by itself. For example, 1 stack = 2x base damage, 2 stacks = 3x base damage, etc... At 5 stacks, the damage is already increased by 6x the amount (260-294 x 6 = 1,560-1,764).

Notes

  • Using Nourish on a target that already has 5 stacks of Holy Fire will cause the skill to restore 5% of your base mana instead.
